Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and luckily for guests — it’s also our Innkeeper’s favorite.
We strive to create our menus seasonally based on the freshest available local produce and ingredients.
We use these products to create some of our most delicious recipes, like: Rosemary, apple, cheddar biscuits, Veggie hash skillet with poached eggs, homemade granola, Stuffed omelettes with basil pesto.
The Yellow Farmhouse Inn currently produces its own eggs and many of the herbs in our cooking, including basil, rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley and mint.
KEEPING IT LOCAL
We compost all our food scraps with the exception of meat/bones using a 3 bin system. This compost system will help feed our current perennial beds and future vegetable and flower gardens.
